MINUTES

1.LoProDeN feasibililty study
We decided to develop the international Local Product network in the basis of the study. We try to keep contact with as many as possible producers. We had a discussion about the regulation of local product export-import. As the EU has not got borders inside the products can be exported between the member-states without any taxes. If we have new information and knowledges we will develop the study.

2.Activities
Michela Giarle said the partners had the opportunity to send information for the webpage and newsletter. We agreed we should fill these channels with more and more useful contents. All of the partners have to send their earlier project-results to the webpage.

• The study tour will not be organised alone, because of the low money of the budget. We will organise it with the final meeting together. Hungary would not be a good potential place because all the meetings were organised here.
• Katerina Holmova offered to organise the final meeting and producers meeting in the Czech Republic because the producers have been waiting for discussing with the producers from other countries.
• An international conference will be held in Prague in June, we will connect it with our final meeting – it is a good possibility to know new partners from the Eastern part of Mid-Europe. (LEADER Lags, development agencies)
• We will meet in Hradec Kralove Region before the conference, we organise our final meeting and also a meeting with producers.
• The time of the meeting: from the 11th June till 15-16th June.
• A brochure about the LoProDeN project will be prepared – English-.Hungarian, English-Italian, English-Czech
• All of the partners work with their partners in their region with their project-part – promotion, meetings, etc – as earlier.
