Governance of Regionally Integrated Projects Local Product Development Network
Euroleader Results

During LoProDeN Kick-off Meeting in Oszkó, September 16th, 2006, each partner has presented itself and its main objectives for the project development.

Euroleader has presented come slides on Mountain area situation in which was stressed links between Local Development Plan actions and LoProDeN activities.

Overview:

LoProdeN General Objective:
• Establishment of local products network in Grip-It regions

Euroleader specifics aims in the subproject framework:
• To integrate Leader+ initiatives with cooperation's projects aimed to implement the achieved results in 2000-06 programming period;
To reinforce a local development based on local products (handcrafts and agriculture typical products) also in relation with a sustainable tourism system reinforcement;
• To create and implement a Local Product Network for local product producer SMEs and supporting organizations in the Grip-It regions;
To promote handcrafters, local entrepreneurs visits into all regions.

Preparing the meeting, in the framework of LoProDen project Euroleader worked for local participation. Some meetings with local stakeholders was organised in order to present LoProDeN general objectives and to receive some inputs by our local partners.

Local Inputs:

Local Federation of Agricolture entrepreneurs- Coldiretti
Local Federation of Agricolture enterpreuners - Coldiretti is really interested in the implementation od Structural founds trough integrated projects. Relating with LoProDeN project contents they are interested in:
• the definition of Feasibility Study on specific local productions as for example milk products or apple juices) that could promote a specific productive row;
• the creation of an international Local Product Network;
• the study visits forecasted also as welcome organisation;
• the definition of a common methodology in a quality, productive and trade points of view;
• territorial marketing tools definition.

Local Hancrafters and SMEs Union - Confartigianato
The Local Hancrafters and SMEs Union - Confartigianato has a association policy strictly linked with some tools of LoProDeN. In particular they are interested in :
• a Feasibility Study in which will be stressed the peculiarities of productive system of each area in order to know each other's countries products;
• the Local Product Network creation;
• Young people involved in local productive system; Local Marketing tools;
• Handcrafts visits into all regions.

Local Trade Association Inputs - Ascom
The Local Trade Association - Ascom is mainly interested in:
• The exchange of experiences on trade marketing, methods, measures and ideas for international market;
• The development of a common interregional trade marketing criteria.

Association of Cooperative Friulane (cooperative SMEs) At the end, Association of Cooperative Friulane is interested in all the topics of project, in particular in the creation of a trans-nationl Local Product SMEs Network.
